Extraordinary historic house in most...<br>#128578; Stunning building in beautiful town. Everything you need is minutes walk away in beautifully preserved medieval town. The house is within the Fort at foot of the amazing Royal city. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.<br>#128577; The sofa armchairs were small and not designed for lounging! But you will spend most of your time outside in very beautiful terraced garden.

Superb<br>#128578; Large historic building in the heart of the old town, with its own garden. Loches is amazing and the Gite du Chevalier was part of that. Great place for a lovely and relaxing week.

Fantastic location, part of the historical area. Ideal for walking into town. The facilities had everything you needed (except an oven, had a worktop one). The owners are fantastic, good English spoken, very helpful, left you alone so very private. Great views from the Gite. If you want English TV it is all in French, but take DVDs. The bathroom is very clean, great shower. The bedroom is spacious and you could have 4 people stay. Very quiet as the road is a dead end so no traffic. It is the sort of place you would want to go back to. We certainly will be. Less than 3 minutes into the town with plenty of restaurants and bars The market is great for food.
