😊: I was exactly as described and easy to use. Location was very good for Normandy beaches and the lovely city of Bayeux..

😊: 1. This house has a very convenient location. It is very close to the center of Bayeux and nearby supermarkets, making daily life easy, while still allowing you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery of the farm and countryside. 2. Anne and her family are incredibly warm and helpful. Anne speaks very good English and showed great trust in us during our stay, which truly made us feel welcome. They really made us feel at home from the very beginning. 3. Most importantly, the house itself is wonderful. We had our own private area, with two cozy bedrooms and extremely comfortable beds. There is also a spacious living room combined with a kitchen, which made our stay very convenient. The facilities are complete, and everything is thoughtfully prepared, it genuinely felt like coming back home every day. 4. An extra highlight was the animals on the farm. These are some of the most gentle and healing horses I have ever seen, and the cats, dogs, chickens, and ducks also left a very deep and lovely impression on us. 5. Additionally, even if you plan to visit some of the most famous attractions that are a bit farther away, such as Étretat or Mont-Saint-Michel, they can still be reached in just over an hour by car..

😊: Anne was there to welcome us and show us around. The property has an electric gate so felt very secure. The gite was well equipped with everything we might need. Comfortable bed and good bed linen. Lovely pellet burner for cosy nights in which we didn’t use much as it was about 18c all week in mid November. We had a great time exploring all the WW2 sites in the area. Thank you Anne. 😢: Nothing I didn’t like - The only thing it needs is a broom.

😊: Beautiful gite, on a small farm in the lively French countryside, although close to Bayeux. 😢: Beautiful gite, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anne is very helpful but doesn’t intrude. The location is very peaceful and yet close to Bayeux and all of the WW2 sites.
