😊: It’s a great location and perfect for a one night stay for our bike ride.. 😢: It would be helpful to have a kettle.

😊: Quiet location, pet friendly, great back garden for our dog to run around. Near to Montreal sur Mer and a big LeClerc supermarket.. 😢: The property is rather tired and could've been cleaner. It was surprising that we had to strip the beds and clean the place ourselves before departure or be issued a 35 euro charge. No shops or cafes in the village..

😊: A spacious living room and kitchen. 😢: Some high humidity and condensation in the bathroom but that was still ok.

😊: Location. Property was very nicely decorated, and had lots of items we needed. Great to have a bath. Very clean.. 😢: Host did not respond to messages on booking.com and we had to phone on the day to find out how to access the property - it was via a lockbox but person we spoke to spoke french only, which was just about ok for me but could be a problem for others. Suggest messaging re lockbox code ahead of date, that would have helped us..

😊: Everything worked well in premises. Location was good for access to Montreuil. Very quiet with large garden to the rear and nice outlook.. 😢: Old dilapidated building in front of the gite spoiling view. Lounge very sparsely furnished..
