Le Golden-Terrasse & Parking

😊: Communication was initially good.. 😢: The whole experience was sub -par.It was difficult to find the key as mentioned by other users.Open entering the apartment there was an overwhelming smell the origin of which was hard to determine.Nevertheless we tried to plough on,being in our 70s and having had 5 hours walking around Rennes we really wanted this to work out.And then I looked at the bedding, the duvet cover was dirty ,covered in bits and definitely not fresh. We couldn't stay and contacted Booking.com.The landlord said there was no smell until we got there! Th at the bedding was spotless ,also that our dog had left a mess. It's hard to prove the opposite of a fixed view but only one of us was telling the truth. The landlord wanted us to agree to a small refund.I said no,but Booking .com went through with that anyway. Avoid this property..
