Le Gramont, T3 en hypercentre de Pau - avec clim

😊: Although a bit noisy because of traffic, with the windows and shutters closed we could sleep, and the location was otherwise quite central. The apartment was warm, even though outside temperatures were quite cold. The linens were all professionally cleaned, but there was only one roll of toilet paper left for 3 people for three nights. The kitchen was adequate, except there were only 2 coffee capsules for the coffee machine.. 😢: On this host's listing, the check-in time is set at 17:00, which is ridiculously late for a hotel or hospitality home, however, you are invited to contact the host if you would like earlier entry. Since I was going to arrive in Pau around noon, I asked if I could drop my bags at 14:00, before beginning my exploration of the city. It was only after I had paid the non-refundable cost of my stay, that I was told an earlier checkin costs you another 20,00 euros! And this is not because the host must make a special trip to open the door. No, entry is via lock-box, and the apartment is sitting there empty. The hosts will send you a note to say how delighted they are to welcome you, but I did not feel welcome. As I wrote the host: I would rather drag my suitcase around Pau for 5 hours in the rain than pay him for something he must do later on anyway. Although he did send us the information about how to enter the apartment before 17:00, it came with the warning that checkin was still at 17h. Regarding checking-out: although the website said checkout was at 11h00, the host wrote to insist we leave the apartment before 10:00 or be charged 20 euros. It all felt like a greedy cash grab. I would never stay here again..

😊: Very convenient location for both parking (pl Verdun) and city Centre. Air conditioning made the hot weather bearable especially at night. The bed beds were really comfortable and rooms were spacious and had everything you could need including a washing machine and dish washer. Would consider it again and recommend to a friend.. 😢: Nothing.

Bel appartement confortable où on...<br>#128578; Emplacement idéal. Appartement de charme. Globalement bien équipé en fournitures de base ( sopalin, sac poubelle, dosettes machines, condiments etc ) Mobilier complet.<br>#128577; Pas de parking réservé au logement. Fournitures SDB justes en quantités : 2 sets alors nous étions 3. Et les distributeurs dans la douche sont vides.
