Beautiful apartment in the centre...<br>#128578; A modern and spacious apartment in a beautiful 18th century building. Very clean and comfortable. Our host was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Excellent location in the old town of Beaune.<br>#128577; Free parking was round the corner rather than on site, which meant a short walk with our luggage. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with lots of steps which was fine for us but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

This is our second stay at Le Grenier (the Attic). It's ideally located on a main street but near the ring road where there is free parking. The apartment is on the third (US, second French) floor of a building with an inner courtyard. The apartment is fantastic, roomy, and well-equipped (the web site describes it well). The owner Françoise is very friendly, speaks excellent English, and can give you ideas or advice on what to do and see. She has created English and French manuals on how to work everything in the apartment. She also has a thick binder of information from sites. vendors, and merchants of things to do and see. Both the bedrooms face the inner courtyard so are very quiet. We really enjoyed both of our stays in this apartment.
