😢: We were forced to cancel our stay immediately upon arrival due to a severe lack of cleanliness and a bed bug infestation. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and the shower head was broken, but the bed bugs were the ultimate dealbreaker. Despite not staying a single night, the property refused to issue a refund.
