😢: The apartment had been renovated and looked attractive in the listing photos, but our experience was very different. Inside, we found several issues. The bathroom door rubbed against the floor and could not be fully closed or locked. The biggest disappointment was the building itself. The entrance and shared hallway were in poor condition, with exposed electrical wiring, a strong damp smell, and neglected common areas. None of this was shown in the listing photos. Because the apartment is on the ground floor, people often stopped outside the windows and could easily see inside, leaving very little privacy. There was also frequent noise from other apartments, including late at night. The listing advertised free parking, but this was only public street parking with no dedicated spaces for guests. Several amenities described in the listing were missing. There was no bar, no 24-hour reception, and no terrace. The "garden" was actually a shared courtyard with rubbish bins. The curtains shown closed in the listing photos also hide the actual view from the apartment. We contacted the host, but although they replied, they insisted everything matched the listing and offered no solution. Overall, the property did not match the impression created by the listing. The apartment itself had been renovated, but the condition of the building, the lack of privacy, and the missing advertised amenities made our stay much less comfortable than expected..
