Le Horance Balcon et parking

😊: We came for Paris-Roubaix and the apartment itself was perfectly located, easy walk to centre of town and had good private parking.. 😢: I would say the check in process was overly complicated and took 45 mins due to poor communication. We also asked a few questions throughout our stay via WhatsApp (their preferred channel) and didn’t have a response (e.g details on WiFi). The cleanliness was ok, however the overall apartment was quite musty in smell - this goes for sheets too. We also arrived and the curtains immediately came off the rails (image attached - we didn’t get a response when we flagged this)..
