Modern Comfort in Arras.<br>#128578; Excellent property, as new condition. very spacious and modern - comprehensively equipped. Terrace an extra bonus. Less than 15 minute walk to town center. Arnaud, our contact, was very friendly and helpful. On-site spacious garage for secure parking another great plus.<br>#128577; Nothing.

It was like a home...<br>#128578; The house is in a very central location with a great view of the park. Approx. 10 minute walk to the centre of Arras and there’s a Carrefour supermarket 5 minutes walk from the house. The house had everything we needed - very comfortable, warm and clean. Great cooking facilities - an oven and microwave. Just to note that there are two bathrooms but only one has a (great) shower (off the en-suite). The other bathroom has a shower in the bath. No problem for a family but mightn’t suit everyone...<br>#128577; Nothing. We had a wonderful 4 days in Arras. Very friendly hosts. They contacted us on day 2 to ensure everything was ok. We’ll certainly be back.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce magnifique logement. Tout y etait fonctionnel et acceuillant pour 6 filles De plus nous avons pu prendre quasiment tous nos repas à l'extérieur et profiter de la superbe terrasse en hauteur et de cette magnifique vue que toutes nos copines nous ont enviés Nous reviendrons certainement et mention spéciale à notre hôte et a son beau-fils qui nous ont si bien accueilli

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement, très bien situé, propre, propriétaire très sympathique. La maison est top, et la terrasse un vrai plus!

Lovely apartment in a great location perfect for enjoying Arras and the surrounding area

Modern property with full amenities. Excellent location overlooking a park with a small lake, and just over a % minute walk from the main squares. Large garage with automatic door. Ground floor hallway with access to garage and a separate door to the front. Also in a corridor off the hallway a separate wc, a bathroom with a double bedroom opposite and at the end of the corridor a large double bedroom with a walk in shower. Plenty of storage space. Upstairs an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV. Sliding doors leading to terrace overlooking the park. Kitchen very modern with all amenities to hand, Comfortable lounge and internet connection. Owner very friendly and helpful, providing places to visit and recommended restaurants.
