😊: Beautiful property with modern interior which was ideal for our family holiday of 4 adults and 2 small childen. There was plenty of space on site for 2 large cars and superb outside spaces for enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. Large garden with some swings which was great for the children. Estelle was a wonderful host and thoroughly enjoyed a sample bottle of their own champagne. Althogh rural we found location was still fine as a base as we were happy to travel and take in the countryside and quaint towns and villages and we visited the lakes to the north and a fantastic animal park (Parc de l'Auxois) to the south along with days ourt to Troyes and Paris. It was very hot during our stay but keeping roof windows and blinds closed until.sundown along with the supplied fans helped keep the heat down in the bedrooms and the main living area has a roller shutter and canopy which keep.downstairs cool.. 😢: Nothing about the property as such. We would normally eat out more on holiday but locally this was difficult which may well have been down to visiting in August when as I understand it a lot of people in northern France go away themselves. That said we were able to buy supplies to cook at the property and the city of Troyes is not too far and has plenty of dining options..
