😊: Great communication from our hosts - easy check in process. Wonderful location for RER Toys for children - great extra!. 😢: Few amenities out of order during our stay - host aware and offered alternate. Sofa bed very uncomfortable..

😢: The sofa bed was more like a flat mattress on the floor which was meant for 3 guests...not comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was small only enough for one person. Hot water was only enough for 2 people to take a bath..
