😊: Central location right in town. Easy access by car to the other areas to see D Day landing sites & historical towns.. 😢: Loft bed which I wasn't aware of till arrival. There was a sofa bed under the loft so used that instead..

😊: Perfect location for exploring the D-day beaches and museums. Perfectly adequate for two motorcyclists, free parking just up the road. Plenty of bars and eateries nearby.. 😢: Sofa bed just inside front door was broken as soon as I sat on it. But sofa bed in other room was adequate. No frills but for the price very reasonable..

😊: The location within the little town of Arromanches is good. It was very clean.. 😢: The use of space within the apartment made it feel very cramped. The mezzanine bed is pretty awkward to access and there is no bedside lamp. The bed was not made up (never seen that before) and given the lack of available space was a pain to make up after a long journey to get there. If you had 5 people in there it would be impossible to reach the bathroom without crawling over people. Another bugbear of mine is the absence of even a thimble of washing up liquid. Who travels with washing up liquid!.
