😊: Nothing good to say, to be honest. 😢: The cleanliness was unacceptable – the linens and sheets didn’t appear to have been freshly changed, and the entire place felt dirty. To make matters worse, the room was freezing on arrival in January, with a window left open, and it took hours for the AC to warm it up. Communication was awful, with all instructions sent in French and no English version provided. They also falsely advertised free public parking, but I had to park 20 minutes away. Overall, one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!.
