Le Jutard - proche des quais - 5 personnes - Three-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Nothing. 😢: The keys were collected from the address given on the booking but the accomodation is round the corner and is ,we recon, a converted garage. Certainly not on the street as advertised it is in fact on Rue Jean Larrive..

😊: hot water was available in both bathrooms. the bed in the single room was very comfortable but smelt moldy.. 😢: The whole place smelt of mold, it was dirty and full of cobwebs and dust, there were strands of hair everywhere (fridge, showers, floors, closet, beds...) and we had to clean the place up ourselves before using any room. It was very obvious the place had not been properly cleaned before. On the upper floor the bed was creaking. The towels had bleach stains all over them and the sheets didn't smell good, they barely looked washed. The stairs to the upper floor were unstable and unsafe, as well as the floor in the left double room. The dishes were provided, but not washed. The shower on the first floor was completely dark..

😊: perfect location. 😢: stairs up to the bedroom.
