😢: Smelly, dirty and overall disgusting apartment. 1. There is strong smell of cigarette smoke in apartment. All my clothes were contaminated with this smell and dampness. Even after washing, these smells (smokeand dampness) remained on my clothes. 2. The shower was not cleaned after previous guests 3. Although the towels had been replaced, they still stank of dampness, like a musty rag. This is a source of bacteria. 4. The hot water in the boiler is constantly turned off. That is, at some point, cold water suddenly poured on me. It was very unpleasant. The boiler is not suitable for 2 people to take showers even once a day. 5. Water under the sink was constantly flowing onto the floor 6. The door lock closes from the inside after about 20 attempts. the key just won't turn. 7. On the last day of my accommodation, the electricity went out in the evening. And it didn't turn on for a long time. The fuses kept blowing. 8. The host ignores the messages. I had to call booking for help. Only after doing it, the host finally replied. Moreover, the host writes only in French 9. The was 3 toilet papers which are clearly the leftovers from the previous guests. 10. The host asks for 9-10 star review, although, he is aware of all problems. Moreover, he gives instruction how to do cleaners job after leaving the apartment. See photos as proof.

😊: The property is very nice, clean and light, with a lovely courtyard.. 😢: The front door of the apartment bangs every time someone enters the building corridor - a slight vacuum is created - which is okay during the day, but I got woken up many times during the night. The ceiling does not have much noise insulation, so I got woken up a couple of times by noise from above..

😊: The location was good, as was the bed/mattress and the size of the bathroom. I am sure with sunnier weather the terrace would have been a place to enjoy.. 😢: The house is extremely noisy, the door to the appartment doesn't seal with the floor and the walls are so thin that I heard the snoring of another resident from upstairs. There was only a ceiling lamp with very cold light, no bedside lamp. So I wouldn't call it cosy..

😊: The place was in a very convenient and easy to find spot. The terrace was lovely to sit and have dinner. It was easy to access the property. The bed was comfortable. 😢: Everything was cheap/shabby/nearly broken. The front door handle to the main corridor was broken. The kitchen was so tiny and only just enough cutlery, crockery provided to make meals. The bathroom had no hand soap. There was an awful lot of noise in the night from surrounding properties that woke us up (very thin walls and ceilings/floors) The host messaged me on Booking.com on the day of checkout asking to strip the beds etc, but I didn't see the message until after we had checked out at 8am..
