LE LILAS DU FAUBOURG POUR 4 PERSONNES QUARTIER TRES CALME

Really nice 2 bedroom 1 bath recently renovated flat just outside the Porte Citadelle in the old town. Be aware it's on the third floor so limit baggage.The bed and room is very comfortable. There is a washing machine but not dryer. A drying rack, hangers and iron and ironing board are available. Nice shower! Parking is available in a private garage. This was our second stay here. We will be back for sure.My only concerns are no freezer but that was okay this time since we had some frozen water bottles that actually stayed half frozen in the fridge for our 3 days there. And, there was a little dust on the floor that a Swiffer can take care of.

Really charming, nicely renovated apartment just a few blocks outside the city's former gates. Two bedrooms, small but nicely renovated kitchen (huge refrigerator but no freezer), washer which we didn't use, and nice living room area.. We missed one text from the owner that had the important access code info, so we wasted 30 or so minutes trying to figure out how to get in and which unit was ours. Texted the owner who came to our rescue and showed us around and where to park. No doubt we would stay here again!

The apartment is just a few blocks from the beautiful downtown area of Nancy. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment has good airflow and stayed cool during the day. When we arrived, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging down crookedly. The kitchen was not very clean - door handles sticky, crumbs in a drawer, and dried coffee coating the soap dispenser of the washing machine. (The coffee maker was on the counter above the washer.) There was black mold in the shower. The owner assumed which of the bedrooms we would want to sleep in, then charged us 15 euros to use the other room because the bed was larger and it would require a second comforter. On the other hand, she let us use a parking space in a garage across the street for free. (Street parking costs 5 euros a day.)

Nous y sommes allés à 4 personnes retraités, le seul bémol l'escalier pour monter au second étage. Sinon tout était très bien et la propriétaire charmante .

My husband and i loved this apartment and the location was excellent. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The owner is great to work with and very helpful and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer. If we come back will definitely stay there again.

Geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtete, sanierte Altbauwohnung, ruhig und perfekt gelegen (10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt). Tolle Vermieterin, die prima Tipps zur Erkundung von Nancy gibt.

Direkt im Quartier 3 Maisons mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dennoch ruhig. Durch die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Place Stanislas. Noemi war eine zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin! Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Noémie dont l'appartement est tout près du centre ville dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Merci Noémie !
