I really enjoyed this apartment. I stayed in it for 4 weeks and I can attest that the apartment is very nice. It is well laid out and has both a washer/dryer and a dishwasher! It also has a nice oven! It is a short walk to all the action in Orleans! A couple of manageable drawbacks are: the "upstairs" bedroom has about a 4foot ceiling (so it is impossible for an adult to stand - you must crawl into bed) and the only window is ground level on a busy street (so people passing by can easily look into the apartment if the shutters are open) and the road noise is quite loud.. The owner was very responsive and I even got to meet his son (who was quite nice too). On the other hand, the shower is wonderful. It is big with plenty of water flow too. So I really liked this apartment.
