Le Loft de l hotel Dieu

😊: Villefranche-de-Rouergue a commune in the Aveyron department in southern France. Villefranche-de-Rouergue station has connections to Toulouse, Figeac and Aurillac and one of the most picturesque bastides in Occitanie. Villefranche-de-Rouergue – a celebration of local life and produce where the Aveyron region is known both for its abundance of local produce, its raw and captivating landscape with intriguing gastronomy thus, if Conques was fuel for the soul of the ancient pilgrims en route to Santiago de Compostela, then surely vibrant Villefranche-de-Rouergue was and still is a feast for the senses!! QCD (Quality Cost and Delivery) - Le Loft apartment Villefranche encapsulated within the medieval bastide city where the apartment was located inside a 17 Century Building at the heart of the market square. Jonathon - generous , most helpful host provided luxurious accommodation ensuring needs were met a pleasure to meet him in person. This creating a unique quirky experience in the confines of a chic industrial themed space for a special long weekend where rustic medieval collides with 17 century elegance. The Pilgrims route in Aveyron is the journey between the two towns, first along the meandering valley of the River Dordou and through the plateaux and the vineyards of the Marcillac and then over the plunging tors over the gorges of the River Aveyron really must have felt as a penance through the arduous scenic scape arriving in Villefrance a delightful experience seeing this 13th century bastide town distinctly having southern feel acquiescing a sleepy haven of calm. The bastide towns were of course designed with the main focus on the market rather than the church, with a tidy network of streets emanating away from the central square. Filling the central Place Notre Dame and spilling out from the shade of the covered arcades and the tall timber framed houses of the wealthy merchants of centuries past, the market oozes down the narrow streets of Villefranche.. 😢: Sadly Saturday evening was spoilt - a DJ performed atrociously in the market square the sound system was out of synchronisation creating a distorted cacophony/disonance from 1900-0200hrs..

😊: Great location with easy access to everything. It's spacious and clean as shown in the photos. The host is friendly, helpful and responsive. We'd stay there again without hesitation..

😊: Location one minute from main square. Car parking available right outside. Host, Jonathan, could not have been more helpful. Very comfortable bed and lovely large bathroom. The apartment was spotlessly clean.. 😢: Nothing negative to say..

😊: We had the most pleasant stay at Le Loft de L’Hôtel Dieu, and it’s impossible to rate this gem anything less than a perfect 10/10! This stunning apartment is a masterful blend of modern luxury and historic charm. The spacious layout provided ample room to relax and unwind. The beds were nothing short of exceptional—plush, supportive, and the kind you never want to leave. The kitchen was a highlight, thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with sharp knives, an abundance of pots, pans, dishware and appliances. The fine design aesthetic, with its meticulous attention to detail, perfectly complemented the building’s historic roots, creating an atmosphere that felt both elegant and inviting. The lovely wooden furniture, crafted from salvaged wood pieces, added a unique touch to the space’s charm. 
 It was easy to find parking spaces very close to the building, both marked (blue lines) and unmarked. A blue parking disc (ensuring two hours’ free parking in blue-lined spaces) is provided by the host. (We had our own, so we did not use it).
 Communication with Jonathan was excellent.
 I can’t recommend Le Loft de L’Hôtel Dieu highly enough for an unforgettable stay!.

😊: The property is a modern conversion both stylish and tasteful within a distinguished stone building. Attractive features of the building are carefully retained. It is an extremely comfortable flat and certainly ideal for us as two couples interested in the centre of town with its historic arcades, market place and bastide centre. The magnificent Collégiale Notre-Dame is within 50-100 metres. There is also public parking readily available.. 😢: No negative comments.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Appartement magnifique, fonctionnel, spacieux, propre, décoration soignée. Tous les consommables sont à disposition, un baby-foot, une ps5, des jeux. Ce logement a fait l'unanimité et à grandement contribué à la réussite de notre week-end. Merci

Perfecto!<br>#128578; La ubicación en el centro es perfecta, fácil de encontrar y con aparcamiento justo en frente. Al apartamento no le falta detalle, de hecho no he visto nada igual y hemos viajado mucho. La cocina ofrece todo lo que uno pueda necesitar y más. La cama es muy cómoda y los cojines son una pasada! Todo es absolutamente impoluto! La atención por parte de Jonathan y toda la información que nos ha hecho llegar con suficiente antelación han hecho que te sientas realmente bienvenido y a gusto.
