😊: The host is very kind, responds very quickly, and is a genuinely nice person. Communication itself was smooth and pleasant.. 😢: We were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment looks like it was once beautifully designed, but it now feels worn down and not properly maintained. The hot tub was a main reason for our booking and was clearly advertised. There was no information before arrival that it was out of service. When we arrived, there was only a paper sign on it saying it was not working. Cleanliness was lacking. The dishwasher was dirty and not emptied, and the fireplace was very dusty and clearly not cleaned. Heating was a problem. The regular heaters did not work, and we had to use portable radiators or the air conditioning to heat the apartment. It was very cold when we arrived and took a long time to warm up. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. Looking at older reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue, just like the hot tub, with no visible effort to fix it or inform guests in advance. Overall, this could be a great apartment, but due to poor maintenance and missing communication, it did not meet expectations..
