Le Loft du Matheron

😊: lovely little modern lift space in an historic building. 😢: the communication at the beginning was a little bit difficult because I had booked late. So the deposit form took a while to come thru while we were sitting outside the property.

😊: The apartment is in a central location, easy to reach if driving as it’s close to a convinient parking. It’s a spacious apartment.. 😢: The bathroom door is a see-through carved door that doesnt allow any privacy and the toilet is placed in a very small room next to the bathroom boiler, no photos are provided..

😊: Just a few minutes walk from the centre.. 😢: It was allright..

😊: The location was excellent.. 😢: The apartment was very disappointing. The loft bedroom is not suitable at all and quite unsafe. You have to climb a dangerous steel ladder to get up to the loft and then crawl to get to the bed. You can’t stand up!!! In the middle of the lounge room there is this other pole with weird sharp stairs that you have to be careful you don’t hit your head or face on. It was quite cold at night and there were No Blankets!!! We tried to contact the owner several times and he ignored us . We only had a cotton sheet on each bed and it was cold . We had to sleep with our coats over us. Disgraceful!.
