😊: The main positive is the amount of space. The property is large, and the location itself is quiet, which could make it a very attractive place to stay if it were properly maintained and managed.. 😢: Very difficult. The access link originally sent by the host was not working, and although I emailed early on the morning of check-in asking for a new link, nothing was sent before the scheduled 16:00 check-in. We also tried calling without success and only received text messages in French; the host did not speak English and none of us spoke French. To make matters worse, there is both a number 20 and a number 20 bis, and because the instructions were unclear, we ended up waiting around 45 minutes outside the wrong property in approximately 34°C heat. Unfortunately, the property was in a condition that we do not consider acceptable for paying guests. After already waiting around 45 minutes outside in extreme heat, we entered a loft that had not been ventilated and was well above 35°C inside, with no adequate ventilation or cooling. It felt like walking straight into a sauna. There were also numerous maintenance, cleanliness and safety issues throughout the property. One of the toilets was not properly cleaned, several light bulbs were not working, one shower was leaking so badly that it was very uncomfortable to use, and the drainage in another shower was completely blocked. We also found exposed electrical cables in one of the hallway light fittings, which was particularly concerning from a safety perspective. Next to the pool table, there appears to be a hole or significant dip underneath the carpet in the corner, which feels unsafe when walking over it and gives the impression that you could fall through or injure yourself. The billiard table is presented as one of the property's special features, but even this had clearly not been maintained. There was effectively only one usable cue because the others were broken, and even the triangle used to set up the balls was broken..

😊: Location 6 min walk from centre supermarket and bakery. Free parking in front of apartment, modern and big space for 10 people. 😢: Water sink in bathroom plugged, no tablets for dish washer available..

😊: Location. 😢: Not very functional. Dated. Some things missing (hairdryers) or not working (velux windows not closing/ opening properly). Owner not very client oriented..
