😊: Very clean, very cozy, worth to stay!Amazing location and the best host ever! Highly recommended!.

😢: The host had sent instructions that never came thru on our phones and finally we managed to find the door but had no info how to access the key .Afetr many frustrations we managed toi get hold of apartment manager who gave wrong instructions of where lock box was , in 38dg heat our patience wore thin and after an hour and help from a local store owner we finally found a lock box located around corner and then accessed a dimly lit long spiral staircase leading to the apartment. The apartment smelt of urine and A/C was small and ineffective , room was very disappointing and unlikely to provide a comfortable stay so we left and found a 4 x star hotel around corner that was a similar price and had amenities and comfort we were seeking .We were on a 5 x week holiday in europe staying in many different locations and this experience was the worst we have ever experienced especially the email from manager who was more focused on justifying what they had done in order to get a good rating on booking.com than providing us with good customer experience.
