Le Lotus - Parking public gratuit, wifi haut débit, proche autoroute, gare & centre ville

😊: Nothing. Although I was liking the name of the hotel which was not even anywhere or on the front door. 😢: No contact phone available, no reception, I stopped there because I had a car breakdown, but apparently the management I could not meet or even speak (phone bot functioning, mail box only through application if you phone could make it) only care about withdrawing your card and asking you a huge guarantee more only to sleep one night. As I was tired and not understood how long I could wait in such non sense and in front of this difficult situation without any support from that service, I just withdrawn and ask reimbursement of my 101 by the booking application. This one was refused even the one option with fees.

😊: Self check in. 😢: We arrived at Le lotus to the smell of cigarette smoke and an unmade bed. The bed sheets were slumped on a chair to which my partner started to make the bed. Once making bed, we noticed multiple orange stains on the duvet cover. Clearly, these sheets had not been washed! Upon further investigation, the floor was dirty, im not even sure this place was actually cleaned prior to our arrival! The property has not provided a full or any refund despite apparently being contacted multiple times by booking.com.
