Le Lotus - Tram

😊: Great location, calm place.. 😢: Not the cleanest overall, like the shower curtain..

😊: Generally, the room is nice, the descriptions and everything to get there were good and eventhough it's a little more outside, it took only one tram to get there.. 😢: When we arrived the room was not cleaned from the previous guests. I totally understand that mistakes can happen, but this was a pretty big one and we had to sleep in a stranger's dirty sheets and with their hair everywhere for one night and it was humiliating. The staff were nice and answered quickly but we had to stress that we want a refund for the first night three times, every time with more firmness to actually get the refund. I feel like getting a refund for at least the night we had to sleep in the dirty room should be common practice and nothing we have to fight for. This incident is the only reason for my rather bad review, otherwise it would've been fine..

😢: It was quite difficult to access the studio because we didn't understand how to enter the code to open the door. You only had three attempts, and then it would lock, and you had to wait a while to try again..
