A compact apartment - very...<br>#128578; Extremely conveniently located, within a stone’s throw of the central square and Poitiers City Hall. Handy for supermarket shopping – one supermarket almost next to the apartment and another one within two minutes walk. Good heating in the apartment, including a nice warm towel rail in the bathroom. The sofabed was well-designed, intuitive to use and gave me a very comfortable sleep every night. Effective and reliable wifi.<br>#128577; Apartment is on the 3rd floor, so a 51-step climb up a narrow staircase to reach it every time. There are several late-opening bars in Rue Magenta within earshot of the apartment, so you may have to contend with post-midnight street noise. I could not get the TV to work properly - it seemed impossible to access any conventional territorial/non-subscription channels. Host was not always quick off the mark with communications.
