😊: The house is fully equipped and comfortable for a family with kids. Yport is a beautiful small seaside town with several decent restaurants. All in all, we are very happy with our stay. Great value for money. 😢: It didn't affect our stay, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind: - no washing machine - For 6 adult people it could be too small, because 3d bedroom is mostly for kids and kind of combined with another bedroom. I would recommend it for a family with kids only.

😊: The property was modern and stylish and nicely appointed. Loved the bedrooms and the open plan style and the two bathrooms. It was a good property for the dog. It’s a lovely residential location, nice and quiet apart from the barking dog opposite.The village of Yport is lovely too.. 😢: I had to wait for the door code to get into the property. I didn’t have internet and couldn’t access the email with the code. It took ages to get through by phone; all very stressful. The property is also tricky to find. I had asked for the code and clear instructions before we set off which would have been helpful. The toilet seats were loose and our toilet leaked. The kitchen equipment was eclectic- no small pans or a jug and mugs and saucers were cracked, but there were 20 small wine glasses! The washing machine was in a cellar that was hidden under a trap door revealing a cobweb infested stairway. The trap door was tricky and we didn’t use the washing machine! The metal staircases looked brilliant but were really ladders so we didn’t use either of the upstairs rooms..
