😊: The property was relatively spacious.. 😢: The property is advertised as being at the city center. In reality, it’s at the central station in Chalon, some 1 km away from the historic city center. The surroundings are a bit shabby. Access to the property requires filling a couple of forms and signing a contract outside booking.com. The door code initially sent was wrong and didn’t work. The owner draws a deposit from the credit card which is released and refunded 10 days later. This is good business for the owner and the involved banks but not for the client. The apartment is situated in the basement and doesn’t feel really safe. The main entrance door isn’t locked..

If you are women certainly don't book this place. - the photos on the website is totally fake. I will upload the true photos later. - the phone number is fake. I tried several times and each time, it was not possible to reach out. by no means book this place at night, you will be in trouble.
