😊: The owner is a scammer, they ask for a €300 deposit and won't give it back!!! She sets up several rules to charge you, and when you leave the apartment, she invents reasons to charge you more money! It's been a week and she hasn't refunded my money and doesn't even respond to my messages anymore. I was alone, and she said she would charge a fee for 6 people because I used more sheets and that I could only use one of the bedrooms, even though I paid for the entire apartment. Then she canceled my reservation so I couldn't leave a review.. 😢: The apartment was old, lots of broken things, dirty, and poorly cleaned! The towels and bed linens were old, stained, and smelly, and the furniture was dusty. The bathroom smelled, and there was spoiled food in the oven that hadn't been cleaned! The kitchen utensils were dirty and stored in the cupboard..

😊: We were a family of four, two adults, one young adult, and one teenager. We booked this apartment for a short stay on our way back from Spain to Germany, and thought it was a great opportunity to visit Grenoble. The apartment has several good points: it's well located, close to the city center, offers gated parking, and is quite spacious with three bedrooms. The apartment was also fairly clean. 😢: Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay left us disappointed. Although it's evident that the apartment was renovated at some point and the owners have made efforts to create a nice space, many things were in poor condition: the couch in the living room was worn, the walls were scuffed, and a strange smell in the kitchen permeated the entire apartment. Additionally, the showerhead was broken. I noticed that reviews from 2023 were mostly positive, but those from summer 2024 were not as favorable, something must have changed, possibly due to some problematic guests. We also found clothes in the washing machine that weren't ours and sheets left to dry in the bedrooms, which made us feel like we were staying in someone’s personal apartment rather than in guest accommodations. The apartment has good potential, but it definitely needs a refresh..
