Le Manou, Appartement neuf avec terrasse, parking sous-terrain & ascenseur

😊: Apartment really beautiful ! Excellent open space living , dining and kitchen . Kitchen very well equiped . It was really a pleasure to stay in this apartment . Building quiet , acces direct from parking lot ( underground ) to the elevator . BTW : parking place really small , with a SUV will be really challenge to park there especially if all the others places are already busy . But is good , you can park outside if you find a place .. 😢: The lack of a cooling system in apartment ! YES, I used the shading systems but is not the same . During the night , with the windows opened , is better... but the noise from outside is terrible. It is a must to install a cooling system . The way to acces the apartment and parking ! So, you have to park somewhere around , go to apartment using the cod and take the keys with remote for a barriere of parking lot . Then , you are able to go inside parking ...and to apartment. Could be easy if you find a temporary parking place at the beggining ..

😊: Spacious and clean apartment. Good location with a supermarket nearby. Covered parking lot. Equipped with basic cooking facilities.. 😢: Initially, I gave a high rating for this accommodation. However, four days after I checked out, they sent me a message and said that my deposit of €500 had been forfeited because (1) they found nitrous oxide canisters, (2) numerous empty alcohol containers, and (3) an extremely strong smell of tobacco inside the accommodation. Based on these false accusations, which I strongly deny, I decided to revise my review so that future guests are aware of what to expect from this accommodation. Luckily, I took pictures of the condition of the accommodation on departure day, and I am currently dealing directly with Booking.com regarding this matter since the property still insisted that they have all the evidence. They even say that they have written statements from neighbours regarding noise disturbances during the booking period. The pictures posted here were taken during departure day which show everything is in proper order. Note: Dominique (Host) if you are reading this, please note that my apartment number is 203 (Manou) and I check-in on 5 January 2026 (Monday), 5:00 pm and check-out on 6 January 2026 (Tuesday), 10:00 am. If you really have an apartment with all the mess, (1) it could be a different apartment, same booking period, or (2) same apartment, different dates. Moreover, my wife and I are both non-smoker and we usually ask for non-smoking rooms when we stay in hotels..

😢: The 24 hour concierge is just some guy in India could barely speak English or French was totally useless . A 500 euro deposit is crazy even the most expensive hotels don’t ask for this !! There is no on site food the restaurant is long closed. The apartment faces the sun all day but has no air conditioning and the sun blind to access the balcony is broken ..

😊: Apartment satisfactory. 😢: Still awaiting 500 euro deposit 8 days later.

Excellent choice for staying in...<br>#128578; Top communication. Brand new apartment, super clean and fully equipped. High standard furniture. Absolutely classy. Secure parking lot in souterrain, directly reachable by elevator. Nice terrace. Easy to find and hassle free access. Two supermarkets in vicinity. By feet it took us 10 minutes to center (main shopping street), 15 minutes to Railway station. Would return.
