Le Maritime - Proche plage, Wifi

😊: Good location near the beach, parking space provided. 😢: No AC or fans to stay cool, only enough coffee and shower gel provided for one morning (stingy for the price), apartment is very small and grubby (needs a refresh), lots of noise in nearby area (youths and loud cars), fairly old/unsightly building complex.
