Le Mas de Sevrier

😊: The location was about 20min from Annecy centre, in a quiet neighbourhood, where Carrefour and Petrol station are 2 min by car away. The beds are super comfortable. The space of the house are enough for 2 families spending holidays together.. 😢: It would be just that bit more convenient for long-stay guests if laundry powder, more toilet rolls, bin bags provided, so that guests don't have to buy and then letting the remaining go to waste..

😊: Excellent location to explore the region by bike, thenhouse has very comfortable rooms and all necessary appliances. Reception of keys at aarival by The Concierge du Lac went very smoothly. They were flexible with regards to our time of arrival which kept changing due to traffic....

😊: Spacious holiday house with amazing views, but some circumstances. 😢: No soap, bbq defect, no sun beds, pool not heated as advertised, difficult to get the key as concierge was not available at time of arrival, you have to bring the trash away to the next McDonalds at time of departure, all the bed sheets need to be removed, concierge came to early before check out time and closed all blinds to get us out, electronic gate defect - open/ closes uncontrolled even when going through by car.

Le Mas is a beautiful...<br>#128578; Location was calm, views beautiful and facilities excellent. Loved the pool and all the space. Fantastic boulangerie and cheeseshop within walking distance. Basic food items were provided, although I didn't find them at first. Host accommodated a small arrival time change.<br>#128577; Booking.com made it difficult to modify our reservation.

Disappointing but made the most...<br>#128578; Host was punctual and communicated with us 24 hours beforehand, so good communication. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked, toilet and shower facilities were excellent. Lots of clean towels and very comfortable inside. Table tennis table was appreciated but outdoors in the rain. Close proximity to an excellent boulangerie, very quiet area and beautiful views.<br>#128577; Outdoor areas were not clean and felt unkept. Gardiner arrived during stay with loud machinery. No internet in the building and had to use 4G. BBQ outside was not working at all. One bedroom unusable due to security alarm flashing light at night time. Some cups and cutlery were very dirty from the cupboard. The heated pool was not available at all during our stay, as we were told it would open April 13 after our stay. Pool water looked dirty under the cover.
