😊: Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Swimming pool was great with the kids.. 😢: No place to drop off luggage before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out was not possible due to the busy period for us, otherwise that would have been a solution..

While the apartment was generally finished to a high standard, there were so many little things that disappointed. Dozens of steak knives but nothing to butter bread with, a weird sticky patch on the floor which couldn't be cleaned off, so much chlorine in the swimming pool that it burned eyes and throat, weird numbering systems for the ski locker which made it hard to find, no basics on arrival (no toilet paper etc), hardly any storage space or hooks for clothes in the rooms.One of the most irritating things was, having travelled all the way from the UK, we ended up arriving at the apartment 10 minutes earlier than 4pm and had to wait outside in the cold before we could access the entry code - of course, we could have paid a fine for arriving early but how petty is that of the apartment owner.
