😊: Very good communication and instructions for our arrival. Good washing machine!.

😊: Wonderful panorama and location, lovely staircase, clean, cosy and well-equipped household, kind landlord (or staff).. 😢: (My husband would not mind a bit bigger pillow.).

😊: Nice view on the lake from the apartment. Good location.. 😢: The communication with the host was difficult. They write everything in French - I had to use the translator. Also upon check out had a problem with key box where to put the keys. It was stuck and didn’t close - it took me 10 minutes to make it work. Also the host wrote me check out at 10 AM but if you have late check out you can stay longer. I am sorry but the host should know that I have late check out and don’t say to me - check out is at 10. Also, there is a problem with the toilet - if you flush all water it will leak and don’t stop so it will take some time until you fix it..
