Beautiful view coasy chalet with à fireplace.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is very spacious for a family and had everything we needed including fondue pots! Close to the lake, Evian and Switzerland for shops, restaurants, sightseeing, hiking, chocolate, and cheese! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful area but would not...<br>#128578; Very well located near to supermarkets and beautiful area<br>#128577; We had some serious issues with dirty bed linen , broken toilets , pubic hair in the beds so we had to wash all this before sleeping , it is not a property I would recommend for a family though the location is great they are many more properties in the area I would not recommend this one, the problems we issued were terrible especially the smell of unwashed bed clothes and hairs in all the beds was shocking then two toilets in the house the only 2 leaking and broken and generally the property is...

Fabuleux<br>#128578; Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette spacieuse maison/chalet, bien équipée et superbement bien située, au calme avec vue sur le lac ainsi que sur les Mémises. L'accueil a été chaleureux et avec de nombreuses explications sur les fonctionnalités de la maison.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. Very charming place w/ terrace offering a stunning view around the lake area w/ breathtaking sunset. Very clean and comfortable, offers all equipment you need. Supermarket close by and only 15 mins by car from Lake Geneva. Handover w/ Sylvie and Jean-Marc worked perfectly. Can highly recommend this place. Thank you!

For 14 guests listed, the toilet facilities (only two!) are not sufficient, and the kitchen cookware are also not sufficient.

The house looks nice from the outside and is very well located with a nice view to the mountains and the lake. Inside it is spacious especially the living room with the high ceiling. The kitchen and generally the furniture though is old and very used. Unfortunately the owner still left personal belongings in the kitchen, the fridge and the cupboards in the bathrooms. It didn’t meet our expectations regarding cleanliness.
