Es liegt im Erdgeschoss eines alten Hauses mit hohen Decken, dass auch bei Hitze kalt bleibt. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sauber. Das Bad ist geräumig. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Teller, Tassen, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeekapselmaschine.<br>#128577; Das Bettsofa ist ein wenig unpraktisch, aber da es vorbezogen ist, geht es. Echt widerlich ist der winzige Hinterhof, den man sieht, wenn man das Rollo des Bades öffnet - voller Taubenkot etc. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus sind eher schwierig, aber es gibt Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Um die Ecke - 50m - ist ein Hipster Gastronomieviertel, dadurch ist es nachts bis spät laut.
