😊: Location. 😢: The building staircase is too noisy. Bathroom too old The flat needs to refresh.(Specially the walls).

😊: The appartement was in an ok condition and you could go by feet in the city. The bedrooms and beds were in good conditions and clean.. 😢: The appartement wasn't smelling well. The kitchen could not be used without open windows, the furnitures in the living rooms seems to used for smoking and in the toilette the cleaning agent was also really hard. The couch and chairs in the living room were really old and not very comfortable..
