😊: Very close to the train station; bit of a (steep downhill or uphill walk) to the city centre. Facilities are fine; everything you need for a short stay.. 😢: Decor could use an upgrade..

😊: Host was not only friendly but helpful too. Location was near the train station and convenient.. 😢: None..

😊: We were looking for accommodation at short notice because we were passing through from France to Germany and were very happy to find such a good and reasonably priced holiday flat. The friendly host came by personally to give us the keys, show us the parking space in the underground car park and the flat. Uncomplicated, cosy, clean - all in all a good choice..

😊: The property was super. Stephane was very kind and was waiting for me upon the arrival. He explained everything and also gave me some nice advices. In the property I had everything to cook and also to do the laundry if necessary. The place is spacious and close to many nice parks and to bus stops. I also had my car there and there was a spot in the garage for it as well. I would recommend the property to anyone going to Besançon and want some nice place to stay!.
