😢: Property could not be found , address given was wrong, no answer when calling (voice mail). Booking.com helped me out by cancelling the booking..

😊: The instructions sent by the host are informative and easy to read and understand. The apartment is well located to see all sights on foot, there are some champagne houses almost on the doorstep and the old town is only 20 minutes walk away. The apartment is in a gated residence which is quiet and peaceful, it has a nice little balcony which can be used for an evening apero with a nice bottle of Champagne bought locally.. 😢: We found the apartment not cleaned properly, however the host was very apologetic and reactive, responding to our findings immediately and taking it up with the cleaning company. Ultimately we were reimbursed the cleaning fees and informed that the owner discontinued the services with the company in question, therefore we felt overall very positive towards our stay here. The little balcony could benefit from a little table and 2 chairs, which would make good use of the balcony during the summer months..

😊: Nice security. Possible to walk to center.. 😢: Towels smelled bad..

😊: nice and modern property, quiet area and a 25 minute walk from the centre, its near the champagne houses and a lovely bakery and a supermarket. Limited interaction with the hosts but that was fine , they responded when you asked a question.. 😢: suggestions for future guests: pay more attention to the cleaning, you can see the bathroom sink wasn't very clean esp the tooth brush holder. A kitchen towel would have been useful and a fan for very hot days, it was not comfortable to sleep there when there is no black out curtains and you need the window open all night..

😊: The appartment was wery nice and comfortable. Newly renovated and very fine.. 😢: We would prefer a zink in the toilet room. A small dining table would be nice.
