😊: Расположение. 😢: We booked this apartment for around €300 for two nights because we wanted a comfortable place during the extreme heat and chose one of the most expensive options in the area. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we've ever had. Before arrival, I realized I had made a booking mistake and immediately asked if it could be cancelled. The request was refused without any flexibility. Check-in was also very frustrating. The instructions were incomplete, and we spent about 30 minutes walking around the property trying to find the entrance. When we contacted the host, we were repeatedly told that "everything is in the instructions," although important information was clearly missing. The apartment itself was in very poor condition. There was an ant infestation inside the apartment, with ants crawling across the floor, making it very unpleasant to stay there. The windows were extremely dirty, the fan was covered in dust, the furniture was heavily worn and damaged, and even the kitchen sponge looked old and unhygienic. It certainly did not feel clean or well maintained. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. It only cooled the ground floor. The upstairs bedroom was unbearably hot during the heatwave, making it almost impossible to sleep. When I contacted the host, sent photos, and explained the condition of the apartment and the unbearable heat upstairs, instead of trying to help, I was told that I was "just trying to get my money back." The attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. At no point did anyone try to resolve the issues or show any concern for our stay. The only positive aspect is the location close to the beach. However, the apartment's condition, cleanliness, and the host's attitude do not justify the price. I would not recommend staying here..
