😊: The appartement was super spacious and located right in the city center near everything and in walking distance of the avenue de Champagne..

😊: Ideal location for Epernay. 2 bedrooms, great kitchen and lounge.. 😢: The whole apartment was heavily scented with air freshener (quite over powering.) The main use of this was in the smaller of the 2 bedrooms - this was used to mask the smell of the sewerage/drains. This bedroom was unusable because of the smells during our stay - we needed 2 rooms so this was quite an inconvenience. Also, the overpowering smell of the air freshener was too much throughout so we were unable to use the property as much as we would have liked. The draining/sewerage problem was their prior to our arrival so this should have been communicated. We definitely would not have stayed if we had known about this problem..

😊: Great location. The apartment is clean, well equipment and perfect for a family of 4.. 😢: The building is old and not well maintained, but the apartment is ok. In summer it can be too hot..

😊: The apartment was really big and well maintained. The living room and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. Bath room and bedrooms are small and limited, but have what is needed and we found the beds comfortable. The location is right on one of the main streets. It was very nice.. 😢: The entrance hall is in dire need of renovation. Sadly it does not represent how nice the apartment is..
