😊: Nice location with impressive balcony/windows looking out across the valley. Kitchen was nice. 😢: The most frustrating and disappointing thing about this stay wasn’t the property itself but the management team running it. You book the property (£2000+ for 4 nights which is already costly) then as soon as you book you get an email saying you need to pay extra for bedding, towels, for the bed to be made upon your arrival. I complained about this stating for the price you’re paying this should all come included as standard (in the 40 countries I’ve visited, 100+ accommodations stayed in, I’ve never ever experienced this) with their response being ‘bring your own then’. Why would someone coming on holiday (in our case, from the UK) bring 4 sets of bedding. The cost of the bedding is €20 for a single bed and €25 euro for a double bed so €115 extra just for bedding which we ultimately had to pay but didn’t include them making the bed for you (that was another €15 per bed). This was supposed to include towels but when we arrived there were no towels. I complained and they said we hadn’t paid for them but they were included in the bedding price when I purchased. They apologised and brought the towels. Again however, you expect all this as standard when you’re going on holiday and paying a lot of money to stay somewhere. This overall stated the holiday off on the wrong foot and continued to leave a bad taste in our mouths afterwards. No lights in the bedroom - all lighting is lamps which means the room is poorly lit. Radiators are set to a fixed temperature which you can’t change. In the mornings it was very cold. If you’re there to ski you’re up early to catch the lift but the heating doesn’t kick in until 8:30 and when it does it’s set to 18 degrees. There is a sauna but you’re not allowed to use it. WiFi was very poor and a bit of a mystery to figure out. They say it’s in the welcome pack but it doesn’t tell you which network is relevant. Other small things like only 1 pillow per person with no extra’s being available in the wardrobes..
