They send some instructions via WhatsApp that were not accurate. I message them and they responded to look at what they had already sent, which was wrong. I tried calling them multiple times but they did not answered. We finally got it because a resident let us in, if not, we would not be able to get it because no one was helping us. Also, they required a "safe deposit" for $1000 euros that was not mentioned on the description ...
