Le Nid - Studio in Hypercentre - Cathédrale

😊: The apartment is nice enough and the bed is comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and it's a good size for one or two people for a few days. The location is really excellent, especially if you get lucky with the parking. It was very clean and the host's instructions were clear.. 😢: The shower situation in the bath is tricky but doable. That being said, the bath seems to be sinking and the sealant is going. The floors creak quite a bit and slope and when the neighbour walked around their apartment next door, I could feel the bed move, which woke me up. The kitchen door doesn't open fully due to sloping floot. I am sure it's fine but did make me feel a little unsafe. All of the taps were loose in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen and living room lights didn't work, although there was a lamp with spotlights that gave sufficient illumination. As others have indicated, the TV and wifi just didn't work, meaning I was dependent on patchy 4G roaming. Overally, it represents decent value for money despite the snags but the snags mean I probably wouldn't return..

😊: So cute ..ideal location to walk to everything..supermarkets really close for champagne emergencies the decor etc ..just loved it.Having a bath wonderfull everywhere had showere thease days .I prefer a bath after a day of sight seeing..towels provided thank you .previous places didn't. 😢: I couldn't get the washing machine to work ..so maybe leave instructions .. Also bath plug so hard to get out .. But neither a major let down.

😊: Very central, the station is just 10 minuts by foot, the cathedral is basically just outside the door. Every attraction is within 20 mins max of walking so it's perfect for a visit of the city. The appliances also where all functioning and having a washing machine and fridge was great for light packing! Had a problem with the toilet but the manager was very quick in answering and fixed within 3 days.. 😢: The amenities weren't enough for a 2 weeks stay as I did, toilet paper was not enough so I had to buy it myself, kitchen paper towels the same. The furniture was fine, some things were pretty ruined, the table had wonky legs and paint lifting. The bathroom sink also had trouble draining. I wouldn't normally mind but it was 40€ per night at least not the wonky table..

😊: The location is fantastic. The communication with the management is very fast. Efficient. I will use again if needed.. 😢: If you're a bigger person you will not be able take a shower because the wall extension doesn't alow you to stand up while talking a shower..
