😊: Nothing, we couldn’t get in. The streets were near impossible to navigate and we could not for the life of us see where the parking for the apartment was located. In the end we had to book alternate accommodation that evening. We are seeking a full refund.. 😢: The host required contact to be made prior to check-in and there was no opportunity to reach the host should that have been missed. There had been no attempt made to make contact when the deposit had not been received. Note that this was a different process for check-in than I’ve experienced or heard of have ever before..

😊: Good value for the price, apartment is good overall, quite close to the city center. The owner is extremely nice. 😢: The bed is not too comfortable, sliding doors are not too convenient for the toilet/shower..

😊: The property was very clean and the host was amazing. It was well equipped (towels/ oven/ sink/ toilet/ shower/ washing machine/ fridge/ freezer).. 😢: The bed wasn’t that comfy but not too bad..

😢: Information about the keys was sent to my email, but I did not have wifi while travelling so i did not recieve the information. I rang and texted without a response. On a second phone call i was answered and given the pin code for the key safe..
