😊: Great location with a large, free parking lot just a 10-minute walk away.. 😢: I am writing to express my disappointment with the property's condition. The general cleanliness was unacceptable; I found stained walls, along with extensive dust in the corners, under the beds, mold in the shower room. Furthermore, there was a severe odor in the bathroom upon arrival. The amenities were equally problematic. The hot water boiler turned off automatically around 9 PM, leaving guests without hot water. A missing window curtain forced me to improvise privacy using a blanket. The wooden ceiling structures are cracked and rotting. Additionally, the apartment is cluttered with unnecessary items that feel completely out of place for a rental. Finally, the kitchen utensils were outdated, scratched and completely mismatched..

😊: Good for the purpose of coming over to see my family for Christmas.. 😢: A few details were disappointing..

😊: The house was amazing, very conveniently located to all places and I loved walking the streets. 😢: The staff confused our dates of stay and roof leaked bad when it rained..

😊: Everything you need, nice place, easy self check-in, clean. The street in front is a great modern low-traffic setup, which you really notice in that there’s barely traffic noice inside. There are two bars close by which have people chatting on the terraces, but they don’t go on until late..

😊: Well maintained place, and fully equipped for our 4 day stay..

Un havre de paix dans...<br>#128578; Le logement est très bien situé au cœur de la ville d’Avignon. Nous avons pu profiter de la climatisation en plein vague de chaleur.

Super séjour, l'appartement est parfait.<br>#128578; L'emplacement est super, juste à côté de mon lieu de travail.
