😢: The table legs fell off when we moved them and the table lamp was smashed on arrival. Booking.com said there was air conditioning but it turned out only to be fans!.

😊: The rain shower in the bathroom is very good and the kitchen is well equipped. The included protected parking space is a nice to have, since everyone is looking for a good spot.. 😢: The appartement is advertised as having airconditioning, but this is not true. The owner says "there was a glitch at the beginning of the year with the air conditioning description, which was quickly fixed" but this is not true as the apartment is still advertised as having airconditioning. Don't fall into this trap..

Sehr schönes Apartment<br>#128578; Sehr gute neuwertige Ausstattung, sehr gute ruhige Lage. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr nah am Strand und zur Stadtmitte, Einkaufen zu Fuß möglich.<br>#128577; Klimaanlage war sehr laut und hat seltsame Geräusche gemacht.

Excellent séjour dans cette appartement...<br>#128578; Joli appartement, tout confort, moderne, agencé avec goût. En plus, il dispose pour mon grand bonheur d'une place de parking et de la climatisation.
