😊: Great location, nicely furnished.. 😢: Too much room perfume everywhere, beware if you are allergic. Shower was totally clogged..

😊: The apartment is a short walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk to Avenue de champagne, around the corner from the cathedral, supermarket and shops. The views of the cathedral's spire through the attic window were a treat. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, quiet and well equipped. Fanny was a great host who always communicated promptly. Be warned there are three flights of stairs which may be difficult for some people. I would highly recommend staying in beautiful Epernay in this lovely apartment. We had a fabulous time..

😊: very cozy and functional place. 😢: mind that it is a top floor and you have only ceiling windows (can get pretty warm inside).
