😊: Great location, good price and fun to see a traditional Troyes house from the inside which was quite modern..

😊: Good location. Very quiet. Air con was excellent. Shower worked ok and plenty of hot and cold water. Excellent communication from Thibault.. 😢: No mention of number of dangerous steps to access Le Papillon. Bathroom floor broken and covered by a bit of carpet which was too small. Kettle lid did not close. The bed linen was synthetic and not matching, and the cover had not been put on the duvet. I suspect that Le Papillon is the least modern of all the apartments. It looked like there should have a fire extinguisher at the bottom of the staircase. Bearing in mind the age of the building and the lack of escape route this needs to be addressed asap..

😊: Close to most. Free parking info was great …. thanks ! Unfortunately a lot closed on Monday.. 😢: Some basic repairs necessary. Flooring in bathroom. Towel hooks in bathroom. Shower head not stable..

😊: Fantastic location with easy walk to bars and restaurants yet still in a quiet area closer to the cathedral. The medieval architecture is very pleasing to the eye.. 😢: Rubbish WiFi, completely unusable. The floor in the shower room is showing wear and tear because the old floors are uneven so historically any water splashes pooled in the lowest point destroying the laminate finish. Simply placing a bath mat over the damage is not a solution. We were also asked to drop the bed as we left and discovered a stained mattress protector as we did. Left a poor impression as we were leaving..
