😊: Communication via booking.com messages was ok.. 😢: The main fault was that the main bed - sofa bed- was broken. This resulted to no sleep for both me and my husband. We have warned a few days in advance that the apartment needed to be set-up for sleeping with the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was NOT set up and was NOT even checked if it was functioning. It was broken. After asking for it to be fixed or even give us a another set of blanket - they were not able to do so. The bed not being fixed is understandable, but not even giving another set of blanket was not understandable which resulted to us not having any sleep. The messages was kind, but it is very obvious there was no support on the ground to even give and extra blanket so we can sleep. The apartment was old and very small. It was relatively clean. The shower was working but you have to hold it - there is no tall shower head holder. The dishes were not emptied out of the dishwasher. There was a pool but it was not working..
